Ingredients
2 cups shredded Chicken.
2/3 cup shredded cheese
4 oz or 1/4 cup cream cheese
4-10 Tablespoons Salsa (more if thicker and less if thinner)
8 taco sized tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Mix the shredded chicken, salsa, cream cheese and shredded cheese in a large bowl together and set aside until ready to use.
Wrap a stack of 3-5 flour tortillas at a time in a damp paper towel and place on a microwavable -safe plate. Microwave for 10- 30 seconds until the tortillas are soft and pliable. I sometimes skip this step, but the tortillas are more apt to crack apart while rolling if you do.
Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to each tortilla and roll tightly, setting them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes (these are even better deep fried!!!)
Serve with desired toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and salsa!
